He is survived by: his wife Carmen L. Wilkins; his stepchildren, Patrick Lopez, Candace M. Pennock, Sondra D. Lopez and Monica A. Richard; his grandchildren, Kylie Thompson, Austin Martin and Martin; and his niece Lori Ann Wilkins-Austin. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
