Pearlie Willis Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pearlie Willis in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on February 7, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Garfield Sr. Willis and Annie Willis; her daughter May Dean; her grandsons, Author Willis and Demond Grant; her great grandchild Dominique Grant; and her siblings, Jessie Willis, George Willis, Garfield Willis Jr., Willie Willis, William Willis, Geneva Holland, Veola Daniels, Annie Lee, Lorene Peters and Dorothy Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Levels, Carolyn Ewing (Paul), Vanessa Willis, Arleasha Peters and Cynthia Wade; her grandchildren, Natasha Grant, Breanna Fisher (Odell), Michael Willis, Tiffany Shaw, Darion Ewing, Marquita Ewing, Anthony Levels, Cassandra Peters and Danessia Peters; and her siblings, Nellie Martin, Eddie Willis and Frankie Willis. She is also survived by great grandchildren; (9) great great grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Peaceful Rest Funeral Home (3302 E Illinois Ave, Dallas, TX 75216). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
