He was predeceased by: his brother Felix Rodriquez, Jr. (Butch); his parents, Felix Rodriquez Sr. and Mary Catherine Selman Rodriquez; his wife Vineta Gail Rodriquez; and his brother-in-law Thomas Gary Hudgins.

He is survived by: his sons, Joshua Wade Rodriquez (Susan Ashcraft Rodriquez) and Jeremy Ross Rodriquez; and his siblings, Elizabeth Rick, Kathryn Gail Hudgins and Michael Raymon Neal Rodriquez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
