He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald "Rex" Rucker and Thelma Cavanaugh of Bedford, VA. He is survived by: his wife Bernetta Rucker; his daughters, Jennifer Rucker and Katie Rosebraugh; his grandchild Shelby Berzins; and his nephew John Mattes (Robin).
