He is survived by: his wife Maria Rodriguez; his children, Natalia, Cristina and Adan Rodriguez (Veronica); his grandchildren, Isiah, Andrew, Adan, Isabel, Xhaiden, Gabriel and Joshua; and his siblings, Ricardo Rosa Elva (Bertha) and Maria Romanita Bertha (Misael).

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary of Carmen Church (2900 Vilbig Rd, Dallas, TX 75212). A burial will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Grove Hill Cemetery (4118 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75227).
