We bid farewell to Orville Charles Ungerer of Dallas, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 5, 2024 at the age of 87. Orville Charles touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dunbar Ungerer and Opal Irene Ungerer; and his son Charles "Chuck" David Ungerer. He is survived by: his wife Janie; his daughter Cathy Patton; his son-in-law Gregory Patton; his grandchildren, Holly Packer (Collin), Heather Fielder (Lance), Morgan Nolan (Matt) and Scott Patton (Kelly); his great grandchildren, Maddox, Addison, Brooklyn, Cason, Hadley, Knox and Charlie; and his sister Barbara Cavalier.

Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Directors (1600 S Garland Ave, Garland, TX 75040). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Williams Memorial Chapel (1600 S Garland Ave, Garland, TX 75040). A burial was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Grove Hill Memorial Park (3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228).

Donations may be made to "Toys for Tots" in hopes all children find the joy of the Christmas spirit.
