She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Hoyle Moore and Lois Vest Moore; her husband A. W. Jackson (Jack) of Boxelder; and her siblings, Jimmie, Mary and Bill.

She is survived by: her daughters, Karen English (Richard) and Kelly Jackson; her granddaughters, Elizabeth English and Aren Smith (David); her great grandchildren, Brody Smith and Piper Smith; her caregivers, Pat and Tobi; and also Kim Swanz.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like to encourage memorials be made in Neta's honor to any pet rescue organization.
