She is survived by: her husband Chuck; her children, Scott Howley (Emily) and Robin Fabik (Steve); her sisters, Mary Kay Evanko and June Paull III of Wheeling, WV; and her grandchildren, Sarah Howley, Anna Howley, Rebecca Fabik, Steven Fabik (Hailey) and Courtney Fabik. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Nancy Welch Howley passed peacefully into the waiting arms of her Lord and Savior on April 26, 2024 following a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's.
