He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy "James" Reagan and Mildred Reagan; and his son Keith Milton Reagan. He is survived by: his wife Wilma; his son Philip (Shellie); his grandchildren, Allan, Tyler, Madison, Allison and Sydney; and his great grandchildren, Sage and Walker Maxwell of Great Britain.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Laurel Land Memorial Park (6000 S R L Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75232).
Beyond Scouting, Milton made significant contributions to preserving local history through his work with the Duncanville Historical Society.
