He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Harrigan and Winnie Harrigan (Williams). He is survived by: his brother Ralph Ramsey (Mary); and his nephews, Ralph Jr., Rex, Ronnie and Gary. He is also survived by numerous other nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
