He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Patrick and Margaret Maguire (Culkin); his siblings, Robert Joseph Maguire, Sally Sullivan, Mitzi Lunney and Jane Somers; and his son Martin Maguire.
He is survived by: his wife Rhea Crane Maguire; his son Michael Francis Maguire, Jr. (Colleen); his granddaughters, Megan Maguire and Kathleen Maguire Hosack (Joshua); his son Kevin Jerome Maguire (Kerry); his grandchildren, Morgan, Patrick "Mac" (Alyssa), Molly and Sean; his daughter Jennifer Florianic (Darin); his grandchildren, Finley and Hudson; and his great grandchildren, Rose and Lily Maguire. He is also survived by numerous friends, nieces and nephews.
