Meriel Matherson Moore Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Meriel Matherson Moore of Dallas, Texas, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Meriel Matherson (Percy) and Stephen Matherson; her husband Jay Moore; and her son Scott Moore. She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Garber (Jim) of San Marcos and Stephanie Frost (Scott) of Dallas; her grandchildren, Greg Garber (Nikki), Zachary Garber, Chamberlain Van Orman (Brian), Erin Vaughan (Gus), Kelly Castillo (Adam), Brianne Webb (William), Courtney Frost, Andrew Frost (Hunter), Cristina Moore and Major Moore; and also Catherine Moore of Dallas, Texas.. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
