She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Addink of Orange City, Iowa.; and her daughter Jodi Lynn Addink. She is survived by: her siblings, Janna Van Egmond (John), Christine Hiemstra (Mark), Ruth Sleight (Steve) and Robert Walcott Jr. (Sarah); her son Jason Addink (Paige); and her nieces, Gina Addink (Timothy Bohnett) and Angela Steinle. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 granddogs.
