He is survived by: his wife Waneta Reed; his children, Julie Tardy (Chris) and Philip Tardy; his siblings, Jack Tardy (Paula), Kevin Tardy and Deborah Strom; and his aunt Katherine Rogers. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
