He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy L. Sarver Jr. and Melba Sarver. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Smith (Nic) and Marcus Sarver (Kayce); his grandchildren, Emily Sarver, Claire Sarver, Jaxsen Smith and Alice Sarver; his siblings, Roy L. Sarver III (Angie), Jimmie Kluttz, Lisa McDaniel (Marc) and Lou Ann Otts (Mike); his nieces and nephews, Kevin, Natalie, Sarah, Leslie, Matthew and April; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Felicity, Nathan, Nolan, Jake, Jarrett and Carolyn; and also, Kylan and Hazel.
