She was predeceased by: her son Johnny Castillo II (Lisa Alvarez); and her parents, Enrique Chapa and Josefina Chapa. She is survived by: her children, Sonia (Todd Clary), Abel Castillo of Fort Worth Texas, Kathy Berrones (Robert Castillo), Deborah Castillo (Byron Potter), Monica Ramirez (Michael Hernandez) and Elizabeth Castillo (Javier Flores). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, 3 brothers and 2 sisters and longtime family friend.
