She was predeceased by: her mother Graciela "Mama Chela" Garcia Flores; and her husband Jose Angel "Chepo" Elizondo Morales. She is survived by: her children, Joe, Janie, Richie and Marlene; her children-in-law, Mayra, Ricky, Teresa and Ray; her grandchildren, Candy, Richard, Angel, Ricardo, Elizabeth, Samuel, Patrick, Abigail, Ariel and Philip; her great grandchildren, Jaasiel, Amarissa, Dagoberto, Jr., Lydia and Richard; and her sisters, Marta and Ana. She is also survived by numerous extended family members, neighbors.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Jeter & Son Funeral Home (4830 W Illinois Ave, Dallas, TX 75211). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Calvary Hill Cemetery (3235 Lombardy Ln, Dallas, TX 75220).
