She was predeceased by: her parents, Patricia Martinez and Ignacio Mendez. She is survived by: her daughters, Loriana Hernandez and Melissa Montalvo (Ricardo Montalvo); her grandchildren, Brianna Montalvo, Giavanna Montalvo and Aaron Montalvo; her siblings, Ignacio Mendez, Yolanda Salazar, Teresa Mendez and Helen Cuevas; and her son Richard MauricioSister (Katherine Mendez). She is also survived by family members and friends.
During their darkest hours, they chose to give the gift of life to others by donating her organs.
