She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeff Allen Clements and Christine Clara Clements; her husband Freddie Bowen; and her siblings, Ruth Lauriece, Henry Thomas Clements and William Eugene Clements.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Bowen (Laura) of Georgetown and Sharon Mcllroy (Kevin) of Dallas; her grandsons, Brandon Bowen (Mandi) of Timaru, NZ, Kyle Bowen (Ashlyn) of Abilene and Daniel Mcllroy of Durango, CO; and her sister Joan Thompson of Allen, TX. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Oletha requested memorials be made to Saturn Road Church of Christ Harvest Sunday in lieu of flowers.
