He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisca Recio and Manuel Flores; and his brothers, Pedro Flores Recio and Joaquin Flores Recio. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Flores; his siblings, Alejandro Flores Recio, Hector Flores Recio, Julio Flores Recio, Francisca Flores of Nava, Irma Gonzalez, Alma Rosa Perez, Maria of Socorro Flores and Doria Alicia Loredo; and his children, Anna Medina, Jennifer DeLeon (Jesse DeLeon), Jimmy Brown, Ruben Flores, Raul Flores and Olivia Flores. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
