He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Garcia and Amparo Meza; and his wife Cristina Garcia Ruiz. He is survived by: his children, Agustín, Amparo, Rosa, Manuel, Elvira, Jose, Gabriel, Jorge, Luz Elena, Fernando, Martin, Ana Cristina and Eva. He is also survived by 55 Grandchildren, 57 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great Grandchild.

Viewing was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calvary Memorial Funeral Home (8142 Lake June Rd, Dallas, TX 75217). A Mass was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Augustine Catholic Church (1054 N St Augustine Rd, Dallas, TX 75217).
