With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Madge Helen Williams of Dallas, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 18, 2024 at the age of 95. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Roach and Jeanette Roach; her husband Ben F. Williams; her son Roger S. Williams; her brother Russell P. Roach Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Alivia and Kinslee Hiatt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Meg Sherard and Kathy Hiatt (Tom); her daughter-in-law Kathy Williams; and her grandchildren, Ron Sherard, Corinne Atchison (Brandt), Matt Hiatt (Amy), Nathan Hiatt (Diana), Brandon Sherard, Christopher Hiatt (Amber), Amber Davis (Zach) and James Williams. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A burial was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Restland Memorial Park. A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Prestonwood Baptist Church (6801 W Park Blvd, Plano, TX 75093). Later, she became a trained Grief Share counselor and volunteered in that position until she contracted COVID in December of 2020.
