She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lastelick and Louise Stella Lastelick (Gorman); and her sister-in-law Bettye Jo Lastelick. She is survived by: her brother Jerry; her niece Karen Lastelick Higginbotham (Tim Higginbotham); her nephew Joseph Jerome Lastelick (JJ); her great-niece Hattie Louise Higginbotham; and her great-nephews, Joseph Knox Higginbotham, Tanner Reece Lastelick, Trevor Brennan Lastelick, Luke Meade Lastelick and Ryan Robert Lastelick.
