She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Dean and Joyce Nancy Sayles. She is survived by: her husband Craig Carlisle; her children, Jess Prescott and Max Powers; her son-in-law Alex Prescott; and her grandchildren, Jake and Madeline Prescott. She is also survived by her family, friends.
In honor of Lori's memory, the family requests that donations be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation and the American Liver Foundation, both causes that held a special place in her heart.
