He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Bradley Jones and Pete Churchill; his wife Frances; his daughter Linda Churchill; his sister Helen White; and his stepfather Spencer Jones.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rosalind Green, Patsy Robinson, Kathryn Churchill and Gwendolyn Churchill-Scott; his grandchildren, Marc Walton, Teresa Churchill-Morgan, Linda Green, Darrin Green and Jeremy Scott; and his great grandchildren, Nikal Morgan, Chasity Morgan, Alexis Sneed and Kailen Wafer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
