He is survived by: his children, Tara Rhone, Tracy Anderson, Reginald Simmons, Richard Bushar and Dekeetho Simmons; and his brother Larry Hooker Sr.. He is also survived by grandchildren; (33) great grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends.
