He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carr and Jane Carr; his grandparents, Bert and Lilly Jackson; and his half-sister Dorothy Jean Woodard.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Shadawn; his wife Jeanne Carr; his sons, Sean Christian Carr of Weatherford and Cayce Welborn Carr (Shadawn); his grandson Seth Carr of Rockwall; his sister Glenda Conley of Greenville, TX; his half-sister Paula Markman of Tucson, AZ; his sister-in-law Paulette Sprinkle of Terrell; his nieces, Michele Conley of Commerce, Shannon Jones of Longview and Kelly Parrymore of Diana, TX; and his caregiver Kelly.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Max Slayton Funeral Chapel (642 N Rockwall Ave, Terrell, TX 75160). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at the Highland Memorial Gardens (Cemetery, TX-34, Terrell, TX 75160).
