It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Verl Brower (Dallas, Texas), born in Boone, Iowa, who passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nina Brower (Mosher) and Verl Brower; his daughter Sandra Stavros (Brower); and his sister Nancy Sinn. He is survived by: his wife Karen Brower (MacDonald); his daughter Jeri Vélez; his sons-in-law, Roberto and Tony Stavros; his daughter Lisa Logan; his son-in-law Ken; his daughter Lori Dorman; his son-in-law Tom; his great great grandchild Ilissa Vélez Hamilton (Spencer); his great grandchildren, Sarah Stavros, Michael Stavros, Alec Stavros and Jason Mortensen (Ginger); his great great grandchild Dempsey; his daughter Melissa Vraspir (Dan); his grandson Mitchell; his sisters, Connie Martin and Peggy Becker; and also, Madison, Hailee, Lucas, Kyle Mortensen (Joy), Kylie, Jon, Julie Vangrud (Adam), Dayton, Jade, Michael Howe and Malana. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren.
In leu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his honor to The National Diabetes Association or American Cancer Society.
