She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John, Margaret Miller, Jesse and Nell Fountain. She is survived by: her husband Stephen K. Simon; her sons, Christian and Chase; her parents, James and Barbara; her brother Brant; and her uncle Ben. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to The American Heart Association in her name. , Although our hearts are saddened at the thought of not having her in our lives, they are filled knowing that she is at peace and will live on in our memories.
