She is survived by: her husband Jeremy Lustig; her children, Madison Courtney Lustig, Savannah Gayle Lustig, Nicholas Jeremy Lustig and Isaac James Lustig; her mother Diane Marie Courtney; and her sister Kelley Lynn Cramer.
