He was predeceased by: his parents, Foy Owens and Althea Lee Owens; his brother Jesse Owens; his daughter Karen Allen; and his granddaughter Rebecca Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine Owens; his children, Karol Welsh (Raymond) and Keith Owens (Shawn); his grandchildren, Rachel Carter (Patrick), Kirsten Allen, Liz Welsh, Meredith Mathews (Stephen), Ryan Owens (Johnette) and Kayla Owens; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Hudson, Candice, Madison, Samantha Dixon, Autumn Mathews, Ryder and Jackson Owens.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, a gift can be made to St. Mark's to honor Ken's legacy.
