She is survived by: her daughter Tucker; her son-in-law Rich Enthoven of Dallas, Texas; her son Frank; her daughter-in-law Maile Ford of Makawao, Hawaii; her stepdaughter Ann; her sons-in-law, Bill Bivin (Mary Lee) of Charlotte and Gary Gardner of Meadowlakes, Texas; her grandchildren, Matthew Enthoven (Alison), Nick Enthoven, Julia Enthoven, Alex Enthoven (Isheeta), Malia Ford, Gloria Ford, Sara Bivin, Katie Oliveras (Matt) and Andrew Bivin (Bethany); and her great grandchildren, Skylar, Rowan, Wilder Enthoven, Wesley, Owen and Nora Oliveras.
