She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Lee Rice and Una Kate Rice (McCluskey); and her siblings, Jesse, Harvey Rice and Linda Rice.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby Brackett; her children, Theresa Griffith, Stephen Brackett and Dale Brackett (Amanda); her grandchildren, Meagan Griffith, Alex Griffith, Erin Brackett, Aidan Brackett, Joshua Brackett and Ryan Brackett; and her sisters, Marcia Tharpe and Robbie Thornton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
