She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Longino Perez and Virginia Puentes; her grandsons, Fernando Sanchez, Jr. and Carlos Peña, Jr.; and her siblings, Jose Perez, Jesus Perez and Francisca Perez.
She is survived by: her husband Filemon Ponce; her children, Manuel Ponce (Elizabeth), Javier Ponce (Lupe) and Maria; and her siblings, Savas Perez, Raul Perez, Luis Perez, Santos Perez, Emilia Perez and Juanita Perez. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren and many other loving family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Hughes Funeral Homes - Oak Cliff Chapel (400 E Jefferson Blvd, Dallas, TX 75203). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
