He is survived by: his mother Lucille Jeanne Landry Couvillon; his children, Craig Michael Couvillon, Catherine Couvillon Whitaker, Christine Couvillon Quinn, Celene Couvillon Tortorano and Claire Couvillon Pearson; his sons-in-law, Dane Whitaker, Gary Quinn, Vince Tortorano and Patrick Pearson; his grandchildren, Sean, Matthew, Justin Whitaker, Nathan, Michael Quinn, Tyler Tortorano, Dylan Pearson, Amanda Tortorano Johnson and Brooke Pearson; his grandchildren-in-law, Colby Johnson, Susan Whitaker, Elizabeth Quinn and Rebekah Quinn; his great grandchildren, Luke, Asher, Ethan, Arielle, Ezekiel, Eliana Whitaker, Elijah, Emerie and Elliot Quinn; his siblings, Harold Couvillon, James Couvillon, Lawrence Couvillon, Margaret Couvillon Bell, Louis Couvillon and Carole Couvillon Ackman; and his siblings-in-law, Audrey Couvillon, Janet Couvillon and Ronald Ackman. He is also survived by his mother and grandmother.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Pat's honor be made to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul North Texas.
