It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Michael Fogarty of Dallas, Texas, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on August 1, 2021, at the age of 25, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his son Scout; his sister Catherine Fogarty Cooper (Cameron) of Nashville; and his pet Baxter. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

Any donations in John Michael's memory can be directed to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Dallas Chapter, or Camp Sweeney.
