He is survived by: his caregivers, Charlie, Karonda, Kianna, Terry, Daisy and Robert; his father Joseph Bulsterbaum; his pet Jimmy; his wife Jaci Bulsterbaum; his children, Jim Carew (Michelle), Jeri Carew and Blake Bulsterbaum; his grandchildren, Jessica Woodall (Michael), John Bradley Bulsterbaum, Kendall Carew (Mallory), Mitchell Rannebarger (Korrine), Carson Carew (Sharee), Lindsey Bulsterbaum, Madison Little (Will) and Jackson Carew; and his great grandchildren, Danielle, Allyiah, William Woodall, CeCe, Brock Carew, Jaxon Bulsterbaum and Rowan Carew.

A celebration of life will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Matthias Catholic Church.
