She was predeceased by: her mother Cora Van De (Blok) of Wege; her husbands, Ronald Siebeling and Roland Otten of Sheboygan; her father Daniel Van; and her sisters, Doris Buteyn and Kathy Van De Wege.
She is survived by: her children, John Siebeling (Leslie), Penny Lalanne (Chuck), Patty Siebeling and Kathleen Bloodworth; her grandchildren, Zack Lalanne, Jacob Lalanne, Sarah Lalanne, Mark Siebeling and Anna Siebeling; her great grandchildren, Wesley and Caden; and her friend Glenn Jasperse of Sheboygan Wisconsin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The American Diabetes Association or The American Cancer Society.
