He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry A. Mach and Evelyn M. Mach (Haskovec); and his sister Shirley Marusak. He is survived by: his son Dusty; his uncle Ivan; his wife Laneta Sharon; his children, Candy Mach Killen (Gary) and Dustin Ray (Amanda); his grandchildren, Nathan Killen, Kasen Mach, Kyler Mach, Konly Mach, Tiffani Ray and Natalie St. Clair; his great grandchildren, Elayna English, Michael Kozlovsky, Eastin English and Rhett St. Clair; his brother Henry E. Mach; his brothers-in-law, David Toupal and Elick Marusak; and his aunt Willie Ann Juricek.
