She is survived by: her mother Gale Shouse Spratt; her stepfather Tom Spratt; her brother Michael Lee Kitchens (Amanda); her cousin Missy Kitchens; her niece Joanna Hatfield; her nephew Tyler Wood; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Cutler Hatfield and Bennett Hatfield; her aunts, Brenda Betsill (Ricky), Cheryl Williams (Scott), Audrey Spires (Wayne), MaryAnn Tripp and Patricia Burton; and her uncle Otis Westbrook. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
As a registered organ donor, she selflessly gave the gift of life to others, donating her heart, kidneys, and liver.
