He was predeceased by: his father George R. Humphreys; and also Jetty Mae Humphreys. He is survived by: his sons, Jonathan Humphreys and Jared Humphreys. He is also survived by many family members and countless friends.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Anderson-Clayton-Gonzalez Funeral Home (1111 Military Pkwy, Mesquite, TX 75149).
