With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Lowry Hayes of Dallas, Texas, born in Mount Vernon, Texas, who passed away on August 23, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Charles Lowry; and her parents, L. D. Lowry and Fayrine Lowry. She is survived by: her husband Jere Hayes; her sons, Steve, Stewart and Scott Hayes; her daughters-in-law, Jinger, Susan and Cameron Hayes; and her grandchildren, Jordan Neve, Camille Mercer, Caroline Sutton, Chris Hayes, Tyler Hayes, Emily Allday, Nathan Hayes and Sarah Hayes. She is also survived by her brother, and many nieces and nephews.
