She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Burney; her parents, William Hammonds and Erma Hammonds; and her brothers, Billy and Micheal Hammonds.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharva Hammonds and Dana Mann (Dexter); her brother Kenneth Hammonds; and her grandsons, Jermaine Kellum and William Hammonds. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
