She was predeceased by: her husband Ruben Maldonado; her son Al Aguero; her parents, Leona Garivay and Edward Penley; and her siblings, Carol Munoz, Cathy Rios, Sanjuana Aguiano, Ezekiel and Elias Ramirez.
She is survived by: her children, Gilbert Aguero, Teresa Aguero (Trasfi) and Ruben Maldonado Jr.; her grandchildren, Moses Linarez, Isaac Linarez, Leyla Trasfi, Elijah Trasfi, Immanual Maldonado, Mikayla Maldonado and Ruben Maldonado III; her siblings, Benny Penley, Yolanda Hernandez and Rosie Cortez; and her pets, Lucy and Candy.
