He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Shine and Maggie Shine (Ricketts) of Killeen, Texas.. He is survived by: his wife Laurie Macon Shine; his daughters, Jennifer Shine Dyer and Amy Shine Range; and his grandchildren, Jack Range and Avery Range.
