He is survived by: his parents, James Hosea and Dorothea Ann Campbell McCreight; his wife Cora; and his daughters, Kristen and Karen. He is also survived by his mother, father, sister, and beloved pets.

The family asks for donations to be made to the Arlington Humane Society in lieu of flowers in his memory.
