He was predeceased by: his father James Donald Arnold II; his brother Johnny Arnold; his wife Dorothy Carol Arnold (Caldwell); his mother Bettye Sue Fortner; and his grandmother Ruby Grissom.
He is survived by: his sons, Jimmy, Gary, Tony, Stephen and Craig. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 23 great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Jeter & Son Funeral Home (4830 W Illinois Ave, Dallas, TX 75211).
