He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Belle Raley (Perry) and Lee Raley; his former wife Nancy Raley; and his siblings, Martha Peak and William Raley.
He is survived by: his wife Lutetia Hightower Saustad; his daughter Kathy Larson; his grandsons, Robert, Christopher and Scott Larson; his daughter Donna Ellis (Randy); his grandchildren, Jackson, Ben and Carolyn Ellis; his sister-in-law JoAnn Raley; his nephew David (Nancy); his great-nephews, David Jr. and Zachary; his great-niece Annie Saustad; and also, Don (Megan), Matthew, Cade and Campbell Saustad.
