He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Bailey Shook Sr. and Gwynne Wimberly Shook. He is survived by: his former spouse Meg Boggess; his wife Katherine Murach; his daughters, Wimberly Tribble (Michael), Mary Collins (Chris) and Kathy Rabey; his grandchildren, Bailey, Kallie Tribble, Lily, Ella, Mavis Collins, Nicholas, Max and Olivia Rabey; his sister Gwynn Mason (Wilson); and his niece Schel Mason.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Peter O'Donnell Jr. Brain Institute at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
