It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Hamilton of Dallas, Texas, who passed away on March 18, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley E. Hamilton and Sylvia Alma Tyler Hamilton; his wife Jean; his siblings, Robert R. Hamilton, Emma Hamilton Harlow, Virginia Mae Hamilton, Vera Hamilton and Freda Hamilton; and his sons-in-law, Johnny Rose and Keith Frazier.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Hamilton; and his children, Ron Jernigan (Linda), Robin Hamilton Vickers (Jeff), Lyn Jernigan Evans Monaghan (Don), Kaye Hamilton Watson Rose, Terri Jernigan Frazier, Jeff Hamilton (Vicky) and Janis Hamilton Kennedy (Kyle). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
